      What types of safaris are available in Jim Corbett National Park?

      There are two main types of safaris: Jeep Safari and Canter Safari. Jeep Safaris are available in zones like Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Durga Devi, Phanto,Garjiya,Sitabani. Canter Safaris operate only in the Dhikala zone.

      Safaris should be booked at least 15–30 days in advance, especially during peak season.

      Safaris run in two shifts:

      • Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:30 AM

      • Evening: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM

      Timing may vary slightly based on the season.

      Children of all ages can go on safari, but those under 8 years are counted as kids. Each Jeep allows a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children below 8 years.

      Once your booking and payment are confirmed, our team will contact you to collect visitor details and issue the safari permit.

      A valid government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Pan Card) is required for all visitors. Carry a printed or digital copy during the safari.

      You can mention your preference in the form, but the final allotment depends on availability and forest department approvals.
